3 easy steps

01
Upload software order forms
After collecting top software contracts from your port-co's, you can bulk upload multiple contracts into the system. Within minutes, our proprietary IDP model will extract and normalize all SKUs into a searchable database.
Extract key contract terms and normalized SKUs
As contracts are uploaded the SKUs are extracted and sent to the SKU benchmarking page, creating your database. Contracts can be viewed individually to review key terms and to prioritize cost-savings opportunities.

03
Share contract analytics
Once the contracts are uploaded, all relevant details will be extracted such as Expiry Date, Total Contract Value, Price Protections, Auto-renews and order SKUs. You choose how you use and share the data.. You can continuously add to the database to create one source of truth for all high value software contracts.
Our model is trained to detect key terms:
Auto-renew details
Calculates notice date to cancel auto-renew
Price protection terms
Know what your pricing will be for the next renewal
Swap clauses
Identifies any SKU exchange rights
